am writing you this letter to tell you about the wonderful service we received from your Agent Beth Pinder. My husband and I decided we were going to purchase a home this year and new the enormous task that lay before us. In the beginning we were having difficulty in getting financing or even getting anyone to explain to us why we were being denied and what we could do to fix it. In no time at all Bonnie referred us to a loan officer who not only helped us understand our credit situation but in the end was able to broker the loan we used to buy the house.

We have been stationed abroad for the past 13 years and received orders to Langley AFB in April.  My major concerns were housing and school for my children.  My sponsor and several other individuals recommended Tracy.  She emailed me information on available homes, schools and the surrounding area while I was stationed at Incirlik AB, Turkey.  After viewing the listing and prices, I decided moving into base housing was my only option being a single mother with three teenagers.  Needless to say, after we arrived at Langley and were offered a house on base, we decided base housing was no longer an option and buying would be best because of the condition of the houses that were available to us.  I contacted Tracy at approximately 1000 on 6 Jul 06.  She took us out to view over 10 homes and we were able to decide on the one that was best suited for me and my family the same day.  It is now 20 Jul 06, my bank, USAA, just called me to let me know that my loan has been approved, processed and they will be ready to close before my original closing date of 3 Aug 06.  Not in my wildest dreams did I think this was possible.  Thanks to God and Tracy my dream is now a reality.  Please pass on my sincere appreciation and thanks to Ms. Holland for making my re-location experience a good one.  Again, Thank You!
