How it Works

As a member of our referral company, you do not have to pay MLS fees, board dues, or errors and omissions insurance. You can earn substantial referral fee income by simply picking up the phone and passing along the name of a prospective lead that eventually buys or sells a home through the system.

It's easy! Refer us a $200,000 listing or sale, and you can earn up to $1,000! All you need is a real estate license!

Information on Principals of Real Estate Classes and Testing

How do I get a license?

1. Complete the Principals of Real Estate Class (classroom, correspondence, or on-line) and pass the class exam. We recommend:
• Alpha College of Real Estate - 757.873.8884
• Peninsula Real Estate School
2. Pass the Real Estate Licensing Exam
3. Fill out the Initial Salesperson DPOR form
4. Fill out the LMA Realty membership agreement

1. To activate or transfer your license to LMA Realty, fill out the Activate/Transfer DPOR form*
2. Fill out the LMA Realty membership agreement
